This is by far one of the worst Subway locations I’ve ever been to. This is now the SECOND time I’ve ordered from the Subway at 1839 N Kinser Pike after 10 PM and received food that was almost freezing cold. I specifically customized the sandwiches in the app to be baked/heated, and they clearly ignored it completely.
The chicken sandwich was cold, the tuna sandwich was cold, and nothing tasted fresh at all. It honestly felt like the workers just didn’t care and wanted to do the bare minimum. The food was super disappointing and a complete waste of money.
What makes it worse is that I tried contacting Subway through the app/email support for a refund and got completely ignored. No response, no accountability, nothing.
If you’re ordering late at night from this location, expect cold food and poor service. Corporate seriously needs to look into this location because this has become a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake.
