  One of the most condescending encounters I’ve had with an employee at an establishment before- and they refused service because a package was too “heavy” (below their established maximum weight of 70 pounds). I miss the West side location!

  I've used this location several times to ship packages. They always make it incredibly easy. I'm glad they have very helpful staff.

  Despite a great location and clean store, employee "J.J" was so incredibly condescending to me today I was taken aback as she talked to me like a teacher taking to a bad middle school boy, and repeating, "Fedex is not responsible for your item" since I packaged it myself-- and then had the audacity try over and over to pressure me in an upsell to buy a box there instead. And then after all that, she walked with my own to the self service kiosk, rather having led with that so she wouldn't have even been bothered with me in the first place. I could tell immediately too she she first approached me without a smile or even a welcome.
