  Sydney was a great help and went above and beyond to help activate 4 new lines and home internet service. She even was able to contact her supervisor to make this transaction more affordable. My family now pays $100 for 4 unlimited lines! I would highly recommend switching your service to cricket. I have also noticed they have very strong towers compared to my old services including straight talk, t-mobile, and Xfinity.

  Sydney was exceptionally friendly. Although I was in there for close to 2 hours, it wasn't her fault-there was another customer who was spooked from finding Easter eggs in her apps list and after that, she had a couple customers who had trouble speaking English that I was happy to help with. Overall, it wasn't a terrible way to spend my day off.
