5 hours at Cricket. Trying to leave T Mobile. The "manager" is unstable; has mental and emotional "issues". DO NOT GO THERE! Called the cops on me because I wanted my $108 dollars back. I've never raised my hand at a woman ever. Not even my voice unless I'm trying to say what have to say as she was SCREAMING at Me! Cops got there and was completely on my side saying, we're always here for this exact crap. Thumbs down to that woman who needs therapy. 👎

Go to another store this one need to be shut down. Employees don't know how to even log into the computer to help customers. He had to call the manager then the manager talks down to him treat him like dirt cusses him out in front of customers. Very unprofessional don't bother calling for help cuz the manager doesn't care she refuses to help and hangs up on you. Also beware I believe that they are purposely not setting up auto pay so you have to come in and pay them a extra $5 to do it for you. If you do need assistance go to any other cricket store but the Auburn one or call the customer service number for the corporate office they are more than happy to help and our very professional. This store is just scamming people out of money any way they can. Management is also encouraging others to lie about where their home internet is being set up. She stated that she set hers up at her sister's house and then brought it to her house. Something about broadband only can have so many people in that broadband areas so she says you have to lie about where you live and have the tower set to another address and then you can set it up in the home that you originally wanted it in. Management stated she did this herself.so beware of this store. Not trustworthy.

Went in to add my number to a separate account on its own. Employee John switched over the wrong number. Went in the next day to fix it,same Employee told me I had to call the customer service number to fix it. I was on hold for 2 hours before they took my call. Lot of time wasted cause of Employees mistake.
