  I was shorted my chips and instead of them fixing the issue they argued with us. I highly suggest the owner of this Subway get in there ASAP! They are running the place into the ground

  So my complaint is not about me not allowed to have extra black olives (I have even offered to pay extra) completely denied but they completely messed up the order last time and have had horrible service the last 3 times prior to an apparent black olives shortage after 20+ years of ordering the same sub. I am not sure if management changed or what but the service has gone down hill. I used to drive all the way into town to get that subway, when I live closer to the one at the marathon gas station but no more.

  If you are looking to eat here you have a better chance on going somewhere else for the reason I give it a one is the reason I couldn’t give it a zero the sandwich I ordered for my wife and me today for online pick up was child’s play, vegetables weren’t inside the sandwiches and sauces were drenched both sandwiches. Also to make matters worse I ask for both sandwiches toasted and it wasn’t toasted at all the cheese and meat were cold as hell and not melted. If you don’t want to work there go do something else because this job that yall have right now making these sandwiches are trash straight trash.

  I ordered pick up today. There was a male n female working around 1:30p 4/19/26. Let me tell you if you have a job and you hate it…then quit. Our sandwiches were as if a child put them together. I mean the amount of sauce they put DRENCHED the bread which made them sloppy as heck. We did not ask for extra sauce and if this amount is “normal” to this person then retraining is HIGHLY SUGGESTED. We will not be returning to this location. For the one who made our sandwiches FIND ANOTHER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT because you obviously don’t care about your job.
