  I tried to call over and over 4 times to get ahold of someone and never got anything so when I drove there I arrived right as they locked the door and they refused to help me when I literally only had 1 package to drop off and had things ready to ship back. The last time I was there i literally stood there and waited for someone to help me for about 5-10 minutes while they were in the back talking hearing them clear as day

  Went in to ship some parts back and every worker was extremely rude and unhelpful....I was trying to get the shipping label printed and they told me I was not allowed to use their computer they told me the only way was to pay $1.90 and send the attachment to their email which ai was unable to successfully get it into an attachment. They also had me create a ups.com account but the lady who had me do that just left with NO instructions further to how to get the label or barcode. All the while the original girl who was supposed to be helping me was more worried about all the other customers behind me...by the end (no customers left in line) I was so frustrated and said forget about it. So I'm out about $20 in shipping fees and still have my stuff I need to ship. While I left I remarked they should have a little area for customers to print their own labels on the computer the worker then agreed with me.
