  We have been here a few times and every time whether it is an online order or stand in line and order we have never had good service and our food is just slapped together and falling apart. Our online orders are never even started when we come to pick them up and then we have to wait another 15-20 minutes or more for them to make them. Everyone always looks like they hate their job or our doing other things like talking or on their phones or in the back. We tried to give them the benefit of doubt but after today’s issues we will not be back. Hopefully they can work these issues out.

  The ratings are off only because the food and service are great if you don't have the manager working. She is the worst employee I have ever met! Rude, bossy and condescending. She constantly burns the food and hides it as if you weren't looking. Had a major attitude when you order something else or use a coupon.
