  Google says they close at 10pm. I walk up to the door at 8:55pm, but the door is locked while the worker is on the register. He looks at me, then basically ignores me and continues on the register. Waste of time. Please update your hours of operation if you close at 9.

  This was not worth the money we spent on our food. And there was hardly any cheese or meat on my sandwich I had ordered the spicy Italian with provolone. When I asked four cucumbers on my sandwich she only put four. Who the hell puts only four cucumbers onto a sandwich??? A footling dude. I'm not even going to mention the fact that it was a footlong and there was only two slices of cheese. My boyfriend wanted to get a meatball marinara and when she saw she didn't have anymore in the slot she caught an attitude. I know things are getting more expensive with the 2026 and yeah customer service sucks but this was really disappointing. My boyfriend and I could have walked out and not paid for anything but we went ahead and bought it because we're not going to be rude. The guy who was working with the lady even offered to help her but she refused.

  They mail out coupons & won’t accept them unless it’s an “ online order “ but what’s online is not the same as it is in the store. The owner is unfriendly & rude. Definitely won’t be recommending nor coming back.
