  Doreece Harvey and Kristina Foster at the Zion 8710 location were very good at initially performing a diagnosis of the problem to determine whether or not I need to buy the replacement auto part. In my case they determined that the car battery I brought in to the store was holding a charge after charging the battery. They suggested that once I install the battery into my vehicle and successfully start the vehicle to drive it back to the Zion 8710 location to perform additional diagnostic tests to ensure the charged battery is maintaining its charge when the vehicle is operating. Thank you Doreece and Kristina!

  One of the best Advanced Auto Parts I have ever been to! Doreece was amazing to work with and so knowledgeable! Had the best experience working with her and made me want to come back in the future. Customer service was exceptional and that makes a huge impact when you are stressed trying to figure out issues with your car! Will be back!

  Absolutely ridiculous return policy. They sell electrical parts knowing most people are troubleshooting, then refuse returns once you open or try them. That’s basically a trap for customers. Very disappointed — feels like they care more about denying refunds than helping people.
