  I went here today (7/13) in search of drums and shoes for the rear brakes on my 2009 Chevy HHR. The guy behind the counter advised that, if I didn't know the size of my brake shoes he couldn't help me. WHO KNOW THE SIZE OF THEIR BRAKE SHOES WHEN THEY GO TO THE PARTS STORE???? I then advised this individual that 2 other local parts stores I obtained estimates from had no trouble providing estimates for the parts. I went to another parts store next and was advised there is only one size shoe for my model. I will never return to Advanced Auto parts. In 45 years of buying brake parts I was never asked once what size my brake shoes were. Whoever is the manager of this store needs to do some intensive training with the guy sitting closest to the entry door.

  Doreece Harvey and Kristina Foster at the Zion 8710 location were very good at initially performing a diagnosis of the problem to determine whether or not I need to buy the replacement auto part. In my case they determined that the car battery I brought in to the store was holding a charge after charging the battery. They suggested that once I install the battery into my vehicle and successfully start the vehicle to drive it back to the Zion 8710 location to perform additional diagnostic tests to ensure the charged battery is maintaining its charge when the vehicle is operating. Thank you Doreece and Kristina!

  One of the best Advanced Auto Parts I have ever been to! Doreece was amazing to work with and so knowledgeable! Had the best experience working with her and made me want to come back in the future. Customer service was exceptional and that makes a huge impact when you are stressed trying to figure out issues with your car! Will be back!
