  The store employees are rude, disrespectful, and have no idea what they’re doing. I brought in a package to return with a prepaid label from an online merchant. They said that because the weight of my package was different than the weight on the label, they would not take the package. When I pushed back on the employees for refusing a prepaid package, they told me not to come back to the store. The store was filthy, smelly, and clearly is poorly managed and run.

  Twice has this happened now- the Manager at this store finds it super easy to say go to another store rather than even trying to help. Very very disappointed by their service and also the attitude... UPS please take note and make amends, we don’t use ur service to have an extra trouble to go to different store but for convenience. Make sure ur employees are trained for right attitudes..
