I had to FedEx some paperwork and wasn't sure how to do it. They were friendly and very helpful.

See ending comment for today’s visit at bottom (5/14/26). Have been coming here forever because familiar with the copy machines and printing from usb and located conveniently. I have never needed help with the copy machines and do like those. This last Christmas though I had a customer service experience that was not so pleasant. Ordered a pkg for a gift from Neiman Marcus but had it shipped to my home first as I wanted to check it to see if I liked it, re-wrap it and include my own note for my nephew and ship it to him. It arrived from Neiman Marcus via FedX to me, but this Fed x told me they had to open my package and look at it which she did, including the wrapping paper inside. Told me I couldn’t ship it anywhere and refused it. I told my sister his gift would now be late as I had to buy something else and re-ship it. She told me she got same thing and shipped hers UPS no problem. My son ended up getting a bonus gift.
I have been a patron at FedX and other stores in the same mall such as former beauty shops for a long time but after today, I am doubting if I should go to the mall itself as I ended up getting really scared and uncomfortable- at first I didn’t know what was going on as I saw a guy looking suspicious with his camera taking photos of what I don’t know but by the curbs of parked cars & next a man with a bullet proof vest armed doing I don’t know what - am almost having a heart attack after he walked right next to me-and after observing finally see he is some kind of security guard (I presume) pacing around fed x or mall - not sure which but either or I am not comfortable shopping here anymore. That does not make me feel safe. It makes me feel in danger. Too bad.

Very helpful and happy staff
Horrible experience, staff were very rude, unhelpful, and quite frankly did not know their job. Don't go here, find the next nearest location. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Horrible experience, extremely rude and unhelpful. I went there to ship an item that I’ve shipped out 4 other times. The company who provides me with the shipping label gives clear directions that the packing material is already paid for. When I got to the counter the first thing the employee said was “you’re going to have to pay for the shipping material.” I attempted to show her the directions and she refused to look at it. I asked her to scan the label so that she can see that the packing material is paid for, she refused and insisted I would have to pay for it. I attempted to explain that I’ve done this multiple times, but she refused to scan the label still. I went to another FedEx in Hinsdale, and they were able to help me. The other FedEx scanned the label right away, read the directions, and packed it for me without any questions or problems. Will never return to this FedEx in Willowbrook.
