  Absolutely amazing experience with Dana and Kari helping me with a very last-minute, huge-page-count printing need. The website wasn’t being useful (could be user error), and both women took my calls promptly, helped me super quickly via email follow ups to make sure everything was up to standard, and then continuing to help me with silly questions. Plus they got me printed in less than an hour with great quality, so all in all a 10 out of 5 experience!

  FEDEX associate refused package because she claimed that you cannot ship fragrances with FEDEX because they are hazardous. Her claim is false, and her knowledge is grossly oversimplified and inaccurate. Yes, you can ship small-volume fragrances with FEDEX Ground when properly sealed and in protective packaging. Only large volumes of alcohol-based products are regulated as hazardous materials. Can FEDEX train their employees please?

  Expensive and I found out overnight delivery is not available at this location on Sunday as they do not pick up from this store that day.
