  Shiva was so kind in helping my son with his perfect sandwich! He unpacked his sandwich to heat it up even though it was already packed up and ready to go. He wasn’t put out with the annoying step and was happy to help. I will absolutely come back to this location.

  I went to pick up my order. The employee was playing on his phone, listening to music on his AirPods at the back of the store. I had to yell at him to get his attention and told him that I was there to pick up my order. I said I was picking up my order and told him my name. He then refused to give me my order because he claimed I saw the name from the receipt on the sandwich that was on the table and used the name. Of course everyone can read the name if you decide to put the sandwich in the front and stay back in the kitchen playing on your phone and listening on your AirPods. Normal employee would keep the sandwich behind the counter and stay ready to serve customers in the front instead of playing on your phone at the back
