  I can't understand how you could terminate Greg and Malcolm. I didn't mind spending a dollar for an Amazon return. l went there because of them I tried to email corporate but of course no response. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

  I recently in to ship a package, as I normally do, and I’ve been going to this location for the past at least 5 years. I choose to bring my business to this store because of the super helpful and welcoming staff, Malcolm and Greg. This last trip in, neither of them were in the store. I inquired with the guy working at the time, and he said that they were both fired for no reason. This is super upsetting to me, as these two were a main part of my experience in the UPS Store. The store must be under new management because I have no idea how you could let these two go. This is very disappointing and I’m not sure I can bring my business to this location anymore.

  Tony and Adrian were amazing! So helpful and kind. They were the same way with every customer that was in the building while I was there. Very impressed!

  I am so disappointed with their service. They never check for ID's.Due to their lack of responsibility, someone took my package. This is unacceptable.
