  Poor customer service, I had to return a swingable hitch for a truck that I bought from Amazon. The package I received from Amazon was in terrible shape so I figured to go to UPS as Amazon instructed, and get a box there. Turns out they don’t have something that big for the size of my hitch and told me to go somewhere else and buy a packing box. They are supposed to be a shipping store…. I had to drive to Home Depot and buy the largest box available to then come back and then they told me to buy the packing tape they have because they won’t tape it themselves. Luckily, a customer that was already there was told the same thing and let me borrow the one he just bought. The tape they had was not good and I was visibly struggling trying to use it. They just stood there and watched. Did not even offer to help on how to adjust the tape roller. Nothing just stared and stared. After 5-7 minutes of trying to tape it, I finally got most of it done and then they told me it needed more tape and pointed to the locations where I should tape. Again, I struggled and they just stood there and watched. Unbelievable, please avoid this UPS at all costs. They do not have the human decency and common sense to help the customer out.

  The staff at this UPS store are so helpful, courteous, and friendly. I travel a couple of extra miles just to support this store over others because of their wonderful service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Great staff and excellent service; they'll go out of their way to help you. Rashid behind the counter is a great guy... and, fair warning, ladies, he's pretty handsome too!
