    This particular UPS Store has consistently provided poor customer service. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and seems more focused on charging extra fees than assisting customers. They add charges for almost everything, including a plastic bag for Amazon returns, which was very disappointing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location.
