  Pretty horrible customer service. I came in to print something and their kiosk wasn't working properly. The person assisting me treated me like a chore and then charged me a $2.50 surcharge for printing it herself.

  There is NO customer service here. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and there was no acknowledgment or help from the two employees behind the counter. The guy had made eye contact and went back to what he was doing. After waiting saw the copy machine across the room and figured it out at the kiosk.
