  Abhorrent customer service by Todd, yikes. The experience in the store was very condescending and patronizing. Coming in to do a simple return by Amazon. Todd must have repeated 10 times "if you read the return." He required packaging with the return - however how he treated the situation and tone used was uncalled for. The other workers have been beyond wonderful, in fact - I went to return this item a day earlier but had forgotten the label. The guy that I worked with was SO nice, and this had been my go to UPS store. I feel the experience with Todd today truly ruined it. Calling Amazon today, they did make a mistake with the return instructions provided. They did not instruct me to bring packaging with the return and refunded the cost of the packaging purchased. Todd offered to give his bosses information, Rich, but then refused after the return was completed. Before this happens to someone else, wanted to let others know.

  I arrived at 12:38 to find a sign on the exterior door “Be back at 12:50.” It’s the middle of a Saturday and there’s only 1 person working?? Ok, fine. I wait outside for 12 minutes, until someone comes back. When he does return, he tells me they can’t print the label (which I was willing to pay for) and tries to send me to a second location for my very simple Amazon return. Not helpful or efficient. I will never be back.

  I've been here a few times to ship packages or do amazon returns and every single time the worker seems to hate his day more and more. No acknowledgment, no words, just gives you the worst customer service face and glare.

  If you walk in and can’t find any employees, they are all loitering around the Pokémon machine in Jewel- scalping, and making sure no little kids can buy anything

  Older Guy who works there is quite rude and hates answering questions. Even gave me a bad look for just asking a question about how much my package costs to ship because I was comparing prices. Not sure what the guys deal is but every time I go there he’s has an attitude
