  Jeff really went above and beyond to help me find my package that I had delivered here. It wasn’t left where it was supposed to be, but I asked him to take another look for me and he found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you sir!

  bad service and rude, I told the staff I am not Amazon return, he still ask me to return at kiosk. Turn out I am right. Worst experience ever.

  Absolutely horrible employee I just experienced, tried making small talk and a joke just stared at me and asked for a QR code and took FORVER to come to the front to help.

  Terrible service. Employee “Jeff” locks the door at 2:50p, even though the store was open until 3p. Asked me to come back the next day instead of doing his job. While reluctantly processing my envelope for shipment, he turned away 3 other customers. He’s clearly not happy to do his job.

  I always go to this location and I’ve never had a problem before. The younger workers never gave me an issue when I drop off my package for USPS pickup, I’ve done it plenty of times before. And they never charged me! Now, there is an older man working (not elderly, maybe middle aged), and he makes everything more difficult than they need to be. He also has a very bad attitude. Very disappointing as this was my go-to for a while.
