  Wow. Buyer beware. We only booked this hotel because of the rave reviews. What a joke and lie. Don’t fall for their hotel property like we did. The entrance to the hotel was disgusting and dirty. We were greeted at check in by a very rude man who only wanted name and credit card. We were given a Garden view king size bed room overlooking a window well full of weeds and litter. There was coffee packs in the bathroom but no coffee pot. Bathroom supplied with one bath towel. The room smelled musty and stinky like it had been subject to water intrusion in the past. Picked up smell of mold. The man that checked us out was certainly not friendly either. He didn’t ask how our stay was, or thank you for staying. We didn’t bother to stay and eat breakfast. Very leary of the quality of the food. We literally couldn’t get off this property dump quick enough. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

  The room was clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and the shower was very hot. The television is a smart tv, which solves a common problem hotels have now as so many switch to streaming. The apps automatically log you out daily so no need to worry about forgetting. Breakfast is fine, though they stop serving at 9 on weekdays, which is too early. The hotel is located in the corner of a parking lot beside a highway, and I could hear cars from my room even overnight. The bed is comfortable but the pillows weren't great. It's okay but it would be better if in a different location.

  We have stayed at this location twice and will be returning in August. It’s in a great area there is even a Daiso near by. Closer to Allstate arena than down town. But not too far that the price doesn’t make up for it. The free breakfast is one of the best I have had and much better than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at. The staff have all been very welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.
