  This place doesn’t deserve 5 stars im sorry I ordered buffalo fries and ended up pulling a long hair out my mouth and found another in the basket of fries, and when I called to tell them I asked for a manager and the girl that answered was unbothered and didn’t care to be honest and just told me I can give you credit for next time or refund and just hung up I didn’t even have a chance to answer her or say anything at that. So no this place doesn't deserve no 5 star.

  I feel like a lot of these bad reviews are just entitled and disrespectful people. They take a little long and all but they are always understaffed the pay is probably not the greatest. There's only one person here on 12/19/2021. While multiple angry customers are banging on the door(it's locked) he also looked very young He's trying his best and deserves recognition! A good bonus forsure! And that other Hispanic man who's here ever day I forgot his name but he's always there too! Some lady showed up and the empoyee opened the door. Any who if the owner would pay more there would be more staff. It just says a lot about the owner. I feel for the employees I would've quit if I was in his position. The employees are not to blame stop being ignorant people it all starts at the top.

  Wings and sauce are good. The fries are way too soggy.. a nice crunchy fry all the time and I believe it would boost sales.
