  The staff is great and always attentive service. I stop in a lot and never had a problem at all.

  Mikita was extremely rude. I approached her and she ignored me. I said hello and she told me “Wait” as she wiped down a clean counter. Extremely rude tone. I wont be purchasing lunch here.

  Se molesto la Sra, porqué son las 6:20 pm y cierran a las 7pm. Mi hermana se cento a comer, nos dijo que no podia comer que se llevara la comida. Super grosera, que porqué ya avia limpiado las mesas. Que flojera limpiar, cuándo solo es 1 persona la que va a comer. Le dije que comía en 5 minutos, y que todavía no estaba cerrado. Que manera tan, tan grosera de tratar a los clientes! Muy grosera. No tiene educación ni modales, ni entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Porqué no dijo eso cuándo estabamos ordenando! solo quiere tu dinero, pero que te salgas rapido. Ni jamas pararia aqui a poner gasolina.

  Ordered online through the app for delivery a footlong, two bags of chips and a bottle of Diet Pepsi. Brought my sandwich, but forgot my bags of chips and Diet Pepsi. I caught the dasher in time through messaging, ahe apologized, told me they only handed her the sandwich, and was nice enough to go back for the rest of my order. When she got there the subway person said they had no way to look up my order, and weren’t going to give her my food. I ended up sending her a screenshot of my order which was inconvenient because I was at work. They messed up, and then weren’t going to make it right? Terrible customer service. Then when I went to eat my sandwich, it was made completely wrong with missing ingredients, barely anything on it, and stale bread. This location is terrible.
