  They never answer the phone. I was trying to get a notary signed and I had to drive all the way up there only to find out the information needed. I didn’t have. Drive to the library and then drive back up here. I literally called them 10 times. Then I went inside of the store and called them. The phone rang and they still didn’t answer there were three people in there and one customer. What an inconvenience horrible service.

  Took my prepaid package. 3/5 because I scheduled an appointment with a Notary and was informed at the store that they will return on Monday. Why give me the option to set up an appointment on Saturday if they aren't going to be in? Advice: Have someone go through the appointments and call people back if there's an issue with your schedule.

  Hoy fuimos a regresar 5 llantas pequeñas . Tengo entendido que Amazon tiene Free retorno y eso cubre el label. Pero al llegar a la sucursal nos dijeron son 2.50 por cada label.. y nos dicen tienen que envolver con cinta adhesiva las llantas. A la cual le dije pero así no las enviaron.. le pregunté me puedes prestar cinta y me contestó, es un cobro extra por eso.. what?? Ok so terminé pagando 6.50 por 2 label y dos tiras de cinta adhesiva.. tengo fotos de las llantas a las cual solo usé para dos llantas.. pero bueno.. mala experiencia en esta locacion.

  The staff is courteous, efficient and quick. I have yet had to wait more than a minute or two. And once it was my turn I was on my out and going about the rest of my day very quickly. Which is very much appreciated.
