  Salí de mi trabajo a las 9 y quise llegar a comer aquí, estaban muy ocupados porque tenían órdenes de la Aplicación en espera y decidí esperar a que terminaran, cuando tocó mi turno el señor que estaba atendiendo me dijo que me iban a atender pero en verdad ya estaba cerrado y no tendría que atenderme. Le mencioné que en la página de Subway dice que cierran a las 10. Y me dijo que eso no importa porque sino tienen producto desde temprano a esa hora se cierra. Yo conteste que entonces deberían poner horario indefinido, para que los clientes no vayan al restaurant creyendo que va a estar abierto. Me atendió a apresurandome, y diciendo que tenia que elegir un combo porque no podía venderme otra cosa, solo lo que decía. Y ya no comí ahí porq el ambiente era malo e incomodo. Muy mala experiencia.

  I was running a high fever I couldn't leave my house for precautions because I was so sick l, my system finally asked for food they got the order so wrong ok I take it that I messed a couple ingredients but they still messed up two other ingredients I used door dash because I was sick and the manager wanted me to bring the sandwich in order to get the one I ordered, I told him I can't leave the house can you give me a different solution? "No the only solution is if you brung the sandwich now!" I'm telling him I'm so sick! I just wanted a few bites of a subway! Sorry will never use their services, you would think they would say.." You know we still messed up her sandwich she is sick! Maybe we will give her a credit for the perfect sandwich so we don't lose a customer " they lost me ...when we mess up an order where I work we give the money back! Or make the food right, the way the person ordered it! So we would keep the customer!
