  The store manager Rachel went above and beyond to assist me with faxing a document. Usually I go to the Gurnee location and they never assist me. Her customer service was A++++ pleas give her a raise!

  The employees, Rainer and Rachal, are very friendly and professional. I was grateful to be able to print an important document at the last minute with no other known means to print. That being said, each sheet of paper is $0.25 to print black & white, whilst it's $0.75 for each color sheet. There is also a flat service fee of $2.50. I get that we just got out of a pandemic, and inflation is a reality, but I remember not too long ago that it was $0.10 per page and no service fee. Seems a little high and next time I will find an alternative or just plan better.

  I wish i knew her name but one of the girls that works there in the morning is amazing! So polite and professional! very helpful:D
