  CUSTOMER SERVICE!…I want to give a big thank you to the team at this UPS Store in Wauconda, IL… The 3 gentlemen…mgr V, coworkers Payton & Kyle working there were incredibly helpful and patient with me, an older gal…I had a damaged package issue and instead of just brushing me off…they took the time to really dig in for me!….V called customer service to try to determine what happened to my package and WHY WOULD UPS RECEIVING STATION DISCARD ALL MY PERSONAL CONTENTS!??…It’s rare to get that level of genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend this location and speak for rest of community!!..

  Everything I get printed there is high quality and fast. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I also prefer going there to return Amazon items. I used for business and personal. Check out this printed dirty soda bar board for my daughters party. They even suggested one that is waterproof. Glad they did. Thank you!
