Today I placed an order online for 2 and picked it up brought it home to enjoy only to find no meat on my BMT except for the one slice of added bacon for $1.50 very little lettuce and 3 slices of bacon on my BLT. Called the store complained and was told to bring them back for refund. Zachar shift the manager I asked him if this is how a manager would make sandwiches He told me he was having a bad day I told him that is not an excuse I think it's ridiculous. I would expect more from a manager. He stated people make "mistakes". This is not a mistake.... just saying. Putting something on my sandwich I didn't ask for is a mistake. I asked for a general manager he gave me a sob story and wouldn't give me the answer or share information on how to reach the general manager. Luckily at that same time the general manager walked in. Zachary disappeared to the back room. General manager was very helpful and listened to my complaints as well as confirmed that there was to be much more bacon on my sandwich then there was and refunded my money very apologetic and I appreciate his courtesy. While this is all going on another employee was smirking and making comments even before I fully walked out of the store in front of other customers. I walk back in and and said excuse me.... Ignoring me the first time. I said again. She then informed me that me as a customer apparently shouldnt be upset (in so many words). That people make mistakes. Once again that was not a mistake just pure ignorance. It is really saying something when our younger generation can't even make a sandwich. I truly hope the GM speaks to his employees on how to properly make a sub and how to treat customers and professionalism. I suggest going to Walmart and buying a pre made sub instead of going here.

I went to get tuna sandwich today had a 10% off coupon on sub in app but they said this store doesn't accept that coupon. This is why I go to subway in Kentland. The staff was great.

I don’t know what happened to this place but the people in there now are apparently incapable of following simple directions. I have used the app three separate times now and three separate times it has been completely wrong. Either they don’t care or they are too stupid to have a job. Regardless, don’t waste your time or money. I am done with this place.
