  What is going on at this location? quality has gone down the toilet. attention to detail is minimal. even ordering online to insure the order, being in words, would be correct. cant read here either i guess. of course i didnt discover incorrect veggies until i left and took a bite. what a fat disappointment. couldnt even eat it and had to through it away. lunch options are getting fewer and fewer around here because of ignorant people. no sense in calling to report it cause i dont have time left in my lunch break. good thing i brought an apple today...not from Washington, IL Subway because they probably would have gave me an orange.

  I hadn't gone to this Subway in a while. I heard there was a new manager & decided to try it again. I am pleasantly surprised it was delicious. The veggies & bread are very fresh. The employees are very nice & eager to please. I have let people know & they have gone back & are very happy too. Keep up the good work!

  Mason was super sweet, and was quick to make our food. He was super polite and did an amazing job!

  I got to the drive thru today at 12:42 and immediately heard you’ll have to wait we have inside customers before you. I seen 3 cars in the parking lot and two cars exited with food while I waited. At 1:02. (20 minutes later) I yelled is it my turn yet, no reply. I drive to window and girl cleaning meat slicer looked but didn’t interact with me. After another couple minutes drove away with no service whatsoever.

  I like that the staff is more mature, however I haven't had no problems with this place at all.
