I got to the drive thru today at 12:42 and immediately heard you’ll have to wait we have inside customers before you. I seen 3 cars in the parking lot and two cars exited with food while I waited. At 1:02. (20 minutes later) I yelled is it my turn yet, no reply. I drive to window and girl cleaning meat slicer looked but didn’t interact with me. After another couple minutes drove away with no service whatsoever.

This subway is absolutely awful. I cannot begin to explain the amount of times I've come through the drive through & not received my sandwich right. They've maybe made my sandwich correct ONCE! It absolutely baffles me especially considering they take 30 minutes to make them anyways. (My order was a chicken bacon ranch with banana peppers & spinch (I toast the spinach, yes I know it's weird), & add extra ranch and mayo. What I receive every time is the spinach is not toasted at all, there's 3 banana peppers IF THERES ANY AT ALL & there's barely any sauce. The sandwich is so dry and nasty every time. I don't understand how hard it is to make a SANDWICH. You people would not survive in a big boy/girl job. Do better.

Slow, poor service and quality despite not being at all busy. Waited 10min to order at drive through with no one in front of us. Sandwich quality was atrocious.
My salad was full of just meat. Very few veggies. The meat wasn't cut up at all and it was like they dumped a gallon of dressing on the top. The worst salad ive ever had at any Subway.

Today there was one employee named Becca working by herself today. She was juggling in person orders, drive thru, and online orders. She was extremely busy from the second we walked in and she handled everyone and everything in as timely of a manner as possible, with a level head and professionalism. She even made us good sandwiches, nice and tidy like you would hope for, thank you Becca. 5 stars for you!!
