  I wish I can give her 0 All the time in online order for pick up or delivery They never put lettuce I don’t know why How much you guys can save via not putting any lettuce???

  I went yesterday with a coupon for 2 foot long subs fir $13.99. I ordered the meatball pepperoni. And a Subway Club. I asked to replace american cheese with pepper jack. They refused because pepper jack was more expensive. They did this once before were I asked fir half and half different cheeses. They're response was they couldn't do that. I just walked out. Never had a problem at any other Subway. When I got i home I placed the order on their app fir the Warrenville store using the coupon and changing the cheese it allowed me to do it. NO etra cost. Needless to say I did NOT place the order with them. I switched the store to the one in West Chicago. I will never go to the Warrenville store again. I gave them a 2nd chance.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Subway. The food lacked flavor, and the overall experience was not worth the price. I expected better quality and customer service. Hopefully they improve their food preparation and attention to customers.

  This place was super cool and the food was really good! The girl named Amani helped serve me and she was just the sweetest. Might come here again for the good food and the really good service. :-)
