  This is by far the nicest UPS store I have ever used. And I go out of my way to use them for any shipping I have. They are always kind and very helpful. I had my dog with me and they were very nice and understanding. And did not mind that she came in. Thank you for always being so helpful.

  I just visited the UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills. Jud assisted me with packaging and shipping my item. He was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He was also very efficient and quick. The store is clean and organized well. Nice job Jud and UPS Store #7555.

  Young Asian gentleman(forgot to ask his name) helped us so much and was so patient with passport application for our little son. So grateful that he made it smooth and easy for us!

  Have been a few times, every time I go, the man who I suspect is the manager or owner is always rude. I try to be kind in our interaction and he ignores me. Every explanation i’ve received regarding information for my packages or shipping has been extremely passive aggressive. However, the kind young man who also works there is very nice and has not given me a negative experience. They will complete your request, for sure. But some of the customer service is extremely poor.
