Work place fix when you need copies, scans, etc. As a traveling tech FedEx is the 1st place I Bitotalbttm when I need to get paperwork done fast!

Jared kept misunderstanding what I needed. When I asked questions and corrected him, he interrupted me repeatedly, and completely refused to do the simple transaction that I needed done. I have never experienced his level of rudeness at a place of business

The guy who owns this place (or maybe he was an employee?) has the best vibes! Super friendly and nice. Excellent customer service and follow-through.

I had a package delivered to this office because the sender mistakenly shipped it to an address I haven't lived at for several years. I received a delivery status saying they tried to deliver my package and either no one was available or the business was not open. The FedEx store was not open at 11:30 a.m. on a weekday? I called customer service and got an agent that would not listen to me and just repeated what was on her script. I called the local store directly and Ed, the manager there, took the time to look up my package, see the useless attempted-delivery photo, and call the station to insist the driver come "back" (I'm sure he was never there) and deliver the package that day, then called me when it was delivered. No stars for FedEx corporate, five stars for Ed.
