  I pulled up with one minute to spare before the doors locked the young man who was working Jared was as nice as can be. I apologize for walking in so late he told me not to worry he helped me carry the large box I had he made sure everything was taken care of wished me a happy birthday and a great weekend I can't say enough about this FedEx Kinko's location the customer service was amazing thank you Jared

  Very rude and dismissive front-desk employee. I emailed five pages 20 minutes before closing and waited in line until 6:58 PM, I was then told they would not print the documents because the store was closing in two minutes and there was another customer waiting behind me. Making me wait in line, refusing to help me and then prioritizing the person behind me was extremely disrespectful. Very disappointing customer service

  Terrible experience. There are other Fedex locations around here, go to those. The front desk guy was rude, uncouth, and tried to defend his lack of knowledge vehemently. What a shame. Abysmal customer support. Staying miles away from this location. Hope corporate checks these reviews.

  Andy was so friendly and showed me a refresher on how to use the paper cutter since it had been a while! Very grateful for the kind and enthusiastic staff here :)
