I went in there about a month ago, and spoke with Nick, about possibly switching over to cricket, from Verizon, due to all of the service issues we’d been experiencing. My wife and I walked into the store, at about 6:53 pm, and they closed at 7pm. Nick was kind enough to explain everything that I needed, in order to keep our phone numbers, and explained the plans, what we’d pay in store, and ended up staying in there, until 7:15. We went in about 2 weeks later, and not only did he get us switched over to cricket, and made sure that all of our content, was on the new phones, he sat and spent the very next day, showing my wife how to work her phone. She went from a flip phone, to a moto stylus, and Nick explained and showed her how to do everything she asked. He was extremely polite, and very knowledgeable! If you’re in the area, and are interested in saving some money, by going to cricket, ask for nick. He is great.
