  Charge out the butt to do their job as a cricket authorized retailer when I called the guy told me if it’s not bought in our store it’s not my responsibility don’t recommend this store for nothing

  Nick and Austin are excellent salespeople!! Would definitely recommend coming here! They are very professional, and helped my grandma with a lot of questions, and were very patient and kind. 🩵

  Me and my family who has been long-time customers has never came across someone who was so kind and willing to help. Austin was so helpful and really great he made the experience easy and understandable this dude seriously deserves a promotion anytime you come into the store ask for him he will give you great customer service

  I went into the Vandalia IL store today with the intent of upgrading my husband's Samsung only. Trent helped me and it went so well I went ahead and upgraded my cell too. He could not have been more helpful. Not all the data transferred the first time on Samsung Smart Switch, but he got everything transferred. All the icons were in the same order. Anything that I wasn't quite happy with he was very patient and fixed it so I wouldn't need to return. Thank you Trent and I hope management will read this review. I haven't received a survey from Cricket yet. I have been a Cricket customer since 2016. It runs on the AT&T network because it's owned by them. The price quoted for your phone includes all taxes/fees. The beauty of their plans is based on the number of cell phones, so the more cell phones up to 5 the lower the price per phone on your monthly plan. Thank you Cricket Wireless.
