  Ordered a delivery because my son is in the hospital, they forgot the drinks and chips and when I asked for a refund on just the chips and drinks they said they couldn’t do it and they would have to take the whole food back and when I asked if they would just deliver the drink and chips then they said no they won’t do that for just drink and chips.

  "6inch" looked a whole lot smaller than usual, i also sat there and asked the lady working for more olives repeatedly and shorty literally put 10 olives on it. i asked for more and more and she must of thought that was just a suggestion. (i originally posted this to the wrong location but its the one in urbana)

  The woman working today went above and beyond my request. She was so kind to only sauce one half of my footlong as I requested. She also cut it in half wrapped them separately and also labeled them. Really nice and thoughtful of her ! This was an online order, I was not standing in her face .

  Walking into subway , my sever was not wearing a mask & seemed to have a bad attitude. I wanted to order the new Buffalo Chicken, but she discouraged me from it. I settled for the footlong turkey breakfast sandwich, in my opinion was mediocre. There were no onions&pepper jack cheese available. Making my sandwich, the server was nonchalant about making my sandwich, I asked for extra dressing , she proceeded to just give me a little more, with an attitude. I ordered two double chocolate chip cookies. Judging by the taste and texture of the cookies. They were way past there prime. My overall experience at this Subway location was terrible giving it Two Dumbs down
