  The employee gave me attitude because he messed up a coupon order for two footlongs. He then refused to give me guacamole because he didn't feel like making it. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, but the sandwich was good at least.

  Slow service, not very fresh and now Urbana charges 11% sales tax. Ill go to savoy to save 2% on top or fresh food and good service

  I visit this subway frequently. I have gone to many subways, and as of the past 5 years most of them skimp out on the meat. The women, who I presume is the owner, does anything but this. If you were to double your meat you would be quadrupling it by comparison to every other subway restaurant in Illinois. The women is kind, polite, courteous, and the bread is fresh! Another thing that is severely lacking at most subways. It costs $200,000 to open a subway franchise, and I understand why others try to cut costs, but this shop does anything but that! I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. Never would have guessed the best subway in town is hiding in a Walmart.

  Every time i order a pizza sub with no marinara sauce i ALWAYS get marinara sauce they are very unattentive

  Went and had a sandwich from here a couple of nights ago after getting some shopping done at walmart. The gentleman making my meal was nice and polite and gave a decent amount of toppings. It was clean and I enjoyed eating at this particular subway. I have eaten here before but that staff member wasn't the nicest or cleanest while making the sandwich. Will return again at some point!
