  Generally the staff are quick with service but today my mom went in this store at 8am to get a document notarized. She was informed that the guy who does that wouldn't be in until Noon. If your Notary Service hours are limited then I think that needs to be posted somewhere so people are not standing in line for nothing . This was Monday June 8th .

  I've used this service for years. Anthony is a gem. His staff supplies all of my printing and packaging needs. Definitely my GO TO store!

  Though the Tinley Park location is fairly busy throughout the day, whether one goes to pickup a delivery, ship a package, drop off an Amazon return, or get some copies made, one can usually be in and out within 10 minutes or less. Plus, there is always plenty of parking available.

  This location gets the job done for what’s needed, but they nickel and dime you for everything you ask for. Last week I came in with a prepaid label that I just needed printed to put on the package and they charged me over three dollars to have that printed and today I came in with an Amazon return where a little piece was sticking out of a bag and they wanted to charge three dollars to put it into something that it would fit. I don’t expect them to give away items that they are selling, but it’s basic common and courtesy to help somebody out and not try to charge them for everything. A true small business would try to work with customers and help them out. I guarantee they had one little piece of paper or corrugate they could’ve helped me out with but instead gave me the option to purchase a new box or nothing. I guess that’s corporate America but I’d expect more from a facility that I’ve been going to over 20 years. There is a FedEx just a few doors down and I would recommend going there for any of your local shipping needs. They are always very helpful.
