  Went there to get something notarized and they we open but could not do what I need them to do and said they stop notarizing after 12 which it does not say that on there website

  Extremely disappointing experience with the UPS Store on 183rd Street. I submitted a printing request and was told it would be handled promptly. Instead, it took three days for someone to inform me that they could not complete the order. When I was finally contacted, I went to the store within an hour to retrieve my original materials, only to be told they had already been shredded. During my conversation at the store, I was informed that no one seemed to know who had destroyed them. But it was revealed that the owner of the franchise called. When I arrived at the store, the owner's son Jalean similarly stated that he did not know who had done it. Yes I received several apologies, however, apologies were not what I needed. I needed timely communication, accountability, and the return of my original property when the order could not be fulfilled. I cannot speak to why my request was handled this way, but the experience left me questioning the level of care and professionalism applied to my order. If your documents are important or difficult to replace, I would strongly encourage confirming document handling procedures before leaving originals with this location.

  Kimberly and her husband both waited on me, so kind and helpful. Resolved a huge problem for me and continued searching until she found and copied my receipt . Kimberly is a kind outstanding person who goes the extra mile to help people. I am so very grateful for all her help. I will always go back to her store for any service they could provide.
