  Went to pick up my wife's online order. I was at this location at 12:45 on June 3rd. When I arrived, my wife's sandwich was not there. I showed the employee the confirmation of her order, and they told me it was already picked up. I showed them the confirmation again, and said that I'm here now, and it was not a delivery order. She raised her voice and said it was picked up already and "she's not making any more sandwiches." I asked them how they were going to help me, since my wife's order was not there, and they said they wouldn't help and I could buy another sandwich if I wanted to. I told them I would be leaving a review and contacting customer service. They gave away our sandwich and would not help in any sort of way. Even worse, they were rude about the entire experience.

  It is just Subway. But for just being Subway I've never had an issue at this location & I've been here at least 3 times. I always order online b/c of the online deals/coupons & it's always been accurate & ready by the pickup time. It's normally behind the counter & not on the pickup rack but that's fine with me. I had to ask for a cup one time b/c I got a combo, & she asked to see the receipt on the bag she just handed me, which as someone who has worked in food service & retail is a completely reasonable ask. & then she reminded me to grab my chips since they're on my side of the counter. Nice people

  I come in here with my grandma and my kids pretty frequently, the service and cleanliness is always top notch here. Asha and Manish( Mike) are always very nice and make my sandwiches always perfect . Asha the owner or manager is always pleasant and friendly not only to myself and other customers! Great subway thanks for always being nice to my family :)

  I absolutely love this Subway! My co-workers and I order here regularly and absolutely love it! They are so friendly and make the best sandwiches! I love coming here to pick up my food because they are so welcoming and kind and brighten my day! The store is always so clean and the food always tastes fantastic and is prepared quickly. Thank you guys!
