  So I came for a footlong sandwich and I always order double meat. I've got no problem paying for it. But I was charged 6.76 per extra meat!!!!! That's crazy. Then the server started skimping on the veggies. I asked for extra spinach and bell pepper. She just put on a tad and started off with a tad to begin with. Then I was supposed to get a free footlong sandwich. The server said she gave me credit for it already. But I didn't get my sub for free. Mind you these were new employees of middle eastern decent( That doesn't matter). They knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn't believe it. I was frustrated. Hope i don't run into them again cause I feel like I got cheated. My sandwich for a footlong cost me 30.26!!!!!! I was in a bit of a hurry cause I was headed to work. This was to be my only meal for the day(cause I'm dieting) and I got cheated!!!!

  I placed an online order and came in a half hour later, ten minutes after the order was promised for. The worker told me that he needed a minute and hadn’t started my order. He then proceeded to take care of customers that walked in after me and only started on my order 20 minutes later. I asked him to throw in a cookie for the 25 minutes that I stood while he took care of people that came in after me and he refused. He didn’t do anything to make it right for me.

  Hello, I am reporting an employee of Subway located at 7212 W 191st St, Tinley Park IL, 60487. Employee ID number 7149 is an African American female, looks to be late twenties early thirties. Upon arrival, January 10, 2026, 11:09a.m., I ordered a 6 inch sub, and in the middle of preparing my sandwich, she answered a phone call, picked her phone up with her gloves on, sat the phone back down & proceeded to add lettuce to my sandwich with the same gloves she touched her phone with. I then asked her to change her gloves and she got an attitude with me. She did change her gloves. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich as I always do (I’m a regular customer she always prepares my sandwiches) and she tells me that there’s going to be an extra charge for mayo. Employees should not be taking phone calls while taking customer orders. Employees also should be following Subways sanitization rules and change gloves as sandwiches are made and items are touched. Multiple viruses are going around and she’s putting customers’ health at risk touching her phone while preparing food. I would greatly appreciate if this matter is resolved as she represents your company.
