Where do I begin?! I loved Ruth SOOOOO much! Had so much patience with me and even called me to make sure I came back and completed everything I needed to do. 100/10 recommend.
This location was very clean and organized. I was able to find parking in the 5 minute parking spot. I just needed to return some Amazon packages. I received great customer service from Donna. She greeted me with a smile. She had a warm and inviting personality while being helpful and informative. I would definitely return to this location.

FedEx parking is full with cars not at fedex and when I asked the staff about it she said she wasn’t saying anything that no one will do anything she’s aware that other Patriots from other businesses park there and she can’t have them towed. So what’s the purpose of FedEx parking. I had to unload huge packages and had to park by blaze. Staff was not polite she had me lift packages to put behind her counter customer service is a 0.
Ruth at FedEx deserves far more recognition than she gets. I genuinely drive over 25 minutes just to come to this location because of the exceptional service she provides. After dealing with multiple FedEx locations in Orland Park, Mokena, and other surrounding areas where customer service has been disappointing, frustrating, and often unprofessional, Ruth is a breath of fresh air.
She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer who walks through the door. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are done correctly. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Honestly, FedEx is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ruth. She sets the standard for what customer service should be. If she is the manager, it makes complete sense because she runs things exceptionally well. If she isn’t, she should be. She deserves a raise, recognition, and appreciation for everything she does. Employees like Ruth are the reason customers keep coming back.

FedEx said my package was going to be delivered between 8:45AM to 12:45PM. I woke up around 10:30AM because I didn’t want to miss the delivery. I had a bad experience with FedEx on a previous delivery where the driver claimed he made a second attempt when he didn’t. The product I purchased ended up getting sent back to the seller. I told the seller I will never buy from another company again if it shipped with FedEx.
Unfortunately, I made a purchase and they shipped it with FedEx. I waited until 12:45PM, no package. When I went to check the status, it said, “deliver by 8PM.” I work the night-shift, so I work 4PM to 3:30AM. I lost hours of sleep for nothing.
The fact that I don’t even have a true ETA, nor can I trust the driver to be honest, this company sucks and I will tell everyone how horrible it is whenever any delivery service is mentioned. I will DIE on this hill.
