  My super old iPhone 11 had to go! My sister switched to cricket and worked with Rafael and told me when it was time to upgrade my phone, to go see him! Rafael was soooooo helpful and kind! He helped me compare phones to see which would be best for me. He got everything transferred and set up, made sure it was all good to go! He was so personable and easy to chat with while my phone was transferring everything. I 100% will come back and I will recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much Rafael!
