  Todd was an absolute lifesaver! After a long and stressful situation with a car that died at a traffic light, and multiple calls to places that couldn’t help, Todd stepped up when we needed it most. He was incredibly considerate, responsive, and helpful, getting a battery out to our driver right away and getting him safely back on the road. Customer service like Todd’s is rare, and we are so grateful for him. He is a true asset to Advance Auto Parts! Thank you, Todd, from Ewald's Hartford Ford, for going above and beyond! 👏

  After having a horrible experience at auto zone due to a battery needing to be installed while it was raining outside. I had went to your location in Tinley Park to see if I can get somebody there to help me install a new battery in my car, even though it was raining and as soon as I walked into your establishment, I was greeted by a young man his name is Jason. He was so polite and helpful without hesitation told me not to worry he’ll be happy to install my battery for me and that he was sorry I was treated the way I was at the prior location and when I tell you, I was so thankful to have come across such a pleasant young man that don’t get annoyed that they have to do their job was a weight lifted off my shoulders. I usually don’t write reviews but I was just in your store again the other day and I came across Jason and once again he didn’t disappoint me so I had to write a review for him to let you all thanks to his awesome customer service my family and I will continue to shop at your Tinley park location from here on out. You have yourself a fantastic employee, Thank you Jason for all your help, may god continue to bless you.

  BRENT went well above and beyond finding me an easy to use Digital air inflator . He even taught me how to use it. Im a 76 year old grandma that so appreciated his kindness.
