I had a issue with my phone while away from home. I stopped in the Taylorville store. The employees were great in figuring it out and solving the problem. The man Beau was the most helpful. He is was patient, troubled shooted every option until he solved my issue. He saved the day I appreciate him alot.
I eventually no problems with being having my phone through cricket and I live 30 mi from Springfield I guess if I did have any complaint is I need a new phone and even though I brought my own phone when I got my service 3 years ago I can't just go in there and get a phone and you have to pay for it

Very frustrating , when I the houri say you're open at 10am on this but when you get to the store , you don't open up till 11am very frustrating when you need phone service and you plan a ride to their store and you can't even answer the door because you got headphones out

Horrible! They sold me a phone and didn’t bother to tell me it wasn’t water resistant. Then after if got water damage because I took it on a jog with me, something that shouldn’t happen to a water resistant phone, I called them to fix the problem. They essentially, in a rude way, told me I was out of luck. I spent about $250 for a phone that broke in less than a week. I had to walk away from cricket and get a flip phone because I didn’t have any money left. Don’t go here. Rude staff and terrible products. I wish I could give a zero star review.

Got 5 phones. No problems with service on phones. Josh is very friendly and helpful even to this day. You can never tell if he is ever having a bad day cause he Always has a Smile on his face! And that is Great!
