  Me and my friend wanted to get something different for lunch today (10/08/2026). We entered the building and we were greeted pretty nicely and the cashier who I believe is the manager( he was wearing a different color and more professional attire) he gave us a few minutes to look over the menu and when we were ready we ordered he took our order kindly. We both upgraded to a large French fry; which we thought was okay but heaven forbid that quickly changed. After we ordered and got our drinks we were sitting down and over heard the loud conversations taking place in the kitchen which was about 5-6 feet away so pretty close, and they were talking about our food order. They were making rude comments about me and my friends body; how ridiculous it was that we upgraded to a larger fry. And mind you that the cashier that’s also the manager was participating in the conversation and he was laughing and and making jokes along with them. When I received my food one of the male workers looked at my ticket on my bag and said “ oh wait you ordered a large fry” very loudly and the 2-3 young lady’s behind him started to laugh hysterically. I was ASHAMED of my order by then. My friend and I work in the food industry and we have NEVER and WOULD NEVER treat a PAYING customer the way they treated us nor if I was a manager i would have NOT tolerated that behavior! This is infuriating! I am appalled by the way this staff treats their customers. My question for you WingStop is; how could you hire people that can be so LOUDLY disrespectful and so small minded. We were SO unbelievably embarrassed to sit there and wait for our food, we will NEVERRRR be coming back! WingStop fix your staff!

  Amazing service and communication, some guy took my order, and when the amazing staff released that, they added a extra meal to my order, and tho it took about 15 minutes longer it was a very nice gesture. Over all 10 out of 10 experience will go back again

  So main reason I’m giving it a 5 star is because it was rated so low when it opened up due to service and speed. That’s not a problem anymore. For a Wingstop location at this point, I don’t see how it can get better. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes great for fast food. Sure, maybe someone with an attitude may work there. But we all have our days and not everyone who works there does. I have a lady help me and she greeted me with a smile so don’t let the old reviews turn you away. You may have to wait a little past the time but trust me. For Wingstop wings. You can’t go wrong.
