  So main reason I’m giving it a 5 star is because it was rated so low when it opened up due to service and speed. That’s not a problem anymore. For a Wingstop location at this point, I don’t see how it can get better. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes great for fast food. Sure, maybe someone with an attitude may work there. But we all have our days and not everyone who works there does. I have a lady help me and she greeted me with a smile so don’t let the old reviews turn you away. You may have to wait a little past the time but trust me. For Wingstop wings. You can’t go wrong.

  I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. I especially want to recognize one of the managers, Imani. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear she cares about both the customers and the team. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a slight unpleasant experience at this Wingstop location. The cashier asked for my name, I spelled it out clearly, and he still entered it incorrectly. He apologized, but it didn’t feel genuine. After I paid, he printed a blank receipt and walked back to the register without saying anything. I had to ask if he was printing the correct one, and instead of simply handing it to me, he asked if I even needed it. When I said yes, he then tried to explain himself, but the whole interaction showed a lack of basic customer service. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional.
