  0/5 stars if I could. I showed up August 27 at 6:29 PM after rushing from work to make it before closing. Another customer was still inside being helped, and when I walked up at 6:31, the employee shook her head and refused to let me drop off my package, then closed the gates while the other customer was still inside. I understand closing procedures, but this was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I rushed there after work only to be turned away while they were still helping someone else. Absolutely horrible customer service and very disappointing.

  The employees at this location are exceptional, always welcoming, professional, and eager to help. This is my favorite UPS location because of the consistently outstanding service. Every employee truly deserves recognition for the excellent job they do.I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to ship a package.

  The girl Jessie is so good and so kind. She always helps me with my smart phone and does not make me feel dumb. She helped me do print and ship and also helped lots of customers while I was waiting. She was like a machine she was so fast and friendly. You should go in and ask for her she is the best but actually every employee here is so good at their job you can’t go wrong Siri set an alarm for 9:00 AM Siri stop

  Nicole had attitude shouldn't work here if you hate people also was not open till 803am window said 8am she was also rude to the Amazon guy
