Wingstop used to be our go to place, but now the wings are old and sit to long and all skin and bones with sauce. I won't go back after getting the worst stomach ache from eating old bad food. The parmasan sandwich is so dry and overcooked. I wonder what happened with this place. I've been here more than a handful

The service is pretty bad, and after reading more about concerns over chicken being injected with hormones to make it appear bigger and more flavorful, I’ve decided I won’t be going to Wingstop anymore.

Highly disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. After eating the food, my kids fell sick — they’ve been dealing with throat pain, loose motions, and fever. This is extremely concerning, especially when it comes to food safety and hygiene.I strongly urge you to review and improve the quality of the oil used for frying, as it may be a contributing factor. As a parent, this experience has been very upsetting. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure no other family has to go through this. Taking off from work and taking kids to hospital is not an easy task. Everything goes disturbed …. This is the second time this has happened. My order nos was 1642953352.
This location has terrible customer service ! They talk to you like you are nothing and I will be contacting the BBB and also corporate . As a paying customer I should have been treated better !

Wingstop Corporate Please Read
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience tonight at the Wingstop on S. Barrington Rd in Streamwood. I drove about 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to pick up dinner for my family and spent over $42, which is not easy when money is tight.
When I got home and opened the order, every single wing was a drum and they were extremely hard and overcooked. The wings were so tough that we honestly couldn’t even eat them. After spending that much money, it was very frustrating to end up with food that was basically inedible.
I called the restaurant hoping they would help resolve the issue, but instead I was told I needed to drive all the way back to the store if I wanted anything done. That would have meant another 30-minute round trip after I had already made the drive once. When I explained that I couldn’t make another trip, the employee ended up hanging up on me.
The food quality and customer service were both unacceptable. I truly hope Wingstop corporate sees this and reaches out to make this right.
