The best customer service I have recieved by far from UPS. I had to make prints for my job and AL helped me over the phone with everything. From what size paper I will need to the finish of the print. AL also called me back after the store had closed to confirm that she recieved my email and will have it ready in the morning. I must mention I have been making prints for 5 years and never had this kind of service.

Always greeted and thanked with every visit. I never wait in line and the interactions are always professional, efficient and friendly. This store has everything you need, supplies, printing, Amazon returns, shipping and most importantly, the best customer service ever. Note: I just read another review and Al was mentioned, I think that is who always takes care of me too - beyond loyal to the business. Hoping Al can be recognized because I too will only go to this UPS store.
