  Al, at the UPS Store, helped me over and beyond what normally was necessary. I cud not get into the Internet to get my code for the return, but al stuck with me, until it was done. Great customer service.

  Absolutely outstanding service! I stopped by to drop off a large, bulky package, and before I even reached the door, Al noticed me and came over to open it for me. That small gesture made a great first impression. Al was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process quick and hassle-free. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days, so it was truly appreciated. Thank you, Al, and the entire UPS Store team, for such a positive experience.
