  Everytime I get food from this location it is wrong. Ordered a philly steak sandwhich and received it cold and missing ingredients. The cucumbers are slimey and obviously old. I won't be going there any longer. Huge disappointment

  Stay away from this location. Anything can go wrong in your veggie delight subway WILL go wrong here. Almost no filling of veggies though requested "more" while placing the order in the app, no giardineira at all though had requested in special instructions, and flaky breads! About an inch from both ends was totally empty without any veggies. None of the special requests were followed. Not sure whether a very poor training or mentality or both! First time I ordered from here via app, and it will be for sure my last time!!

  Guy working there in a rude manner says they don’t accept coupons after they made my sandwich and I was about to pay -I show them subway coupon that comes in the mail , worker says they don’t accept coupons I ask why ? No answer . Coupon says - “reedeemable at participating u.s. restaurants” but there’s no sign in there store that says they don’t accept coupons so it’s b.s. I was at jewel so I thought I’d stop by at this subway since it’s next door and I wanted subway , but I always go to the subway in streamwood and will just go there from now on. They accept coupons in the mail and on there app! Awesome 😄Ppl that work there are very friendly unlike this subway location
