I’ve been going to Subway for years and have honestly never had an issue with the workers there. They’ve always been super nice to me and almost always get my order exactly the way I want it. This is by far my favorite Subway to go to, and I’m a regular customer.
Lately though, I’ve noticed there’s a new employee named Natasha, and unfortunately she’s been really rude during my visits. She always seems to have an attitude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day sometimes, but it feels like almost every interaction with her comes with some kind of tone or attitude.
I still think the rest of the staff does a great job, but I hope this issue gets addressed with this particular employee because it definitely changes the experience for customers.
