When I tell you I am so annoyed right now. The customer service I just experienced was unacceptable. Judy at this location needs to sit in front of the customer service class. She has 0 customer service skills. She's rude she's unwilling to help. I don't know if she has an issue with certain people or if you just don't like your job, it costs absolutely nothing to be nice. I walk in, she turns and walks off as if she doesn't see me coming in. No worries, I say, hello, she does not reply. When she comes to the counter She says, oh I was taking something. Look at the cameras. that has nothing to do with your mouth. You could still speak it cost Nothing to be nice. on a scale from 1 to 10. She is a negative 0!!! I will never visit this FedEx again. She is not a good face for the company. She needs some training, just rude. Unprofessional and unwilling... As I was leaving out, it was a person coming in carrying 3 boxes who held the boxes in one hand and held the door for me in another. And I said, thank you, it cost you nothing to be nice and I appreciate you. So it's a choice to be rude, it's a choice to be mean!!! One unsatisfied customer.I wonder, is she the reason they only have three stars.
