  Nice people working there, but the website is exceedingly clunky, and staff at the restaurant cannot honor coupons when the website fails to work. The food is never ready on time. Other than that, nice people and good food, but forget about getting in and out quickly and using their online coupon promotions. I'm thinking they are not real promotions, just meant to get you interested in buying something at Wing Stop.

  I love the N Dirksen location. The food is always fresh and always gets my order right, this location is way better than the other one here in Springfield il.
