  1 star because it will not allow zero. Its 2026 but UPS had me go to another UPS Store to send returns back. They unpacked 3 items then charged for new packing. Returns should be free. I paid the 7.91 and they also took 7.00 from what it cost to return it, that had already been paid. How complicated does it need to be? Why do you have 20 different barcodes and none of them work? I still have 2 items they refused to return! What a crappy work ethics UPS promotes. Shameful!!

  Jen was extremely rude over the phone and would not even let me ask a question about my package and she kept saying she could not help me with anything without knowing what my question was. So my package is late and I have no updates on what could be happening and she kept saying that I wasn’t talking to ups and she would not help me and was just extremely rude over the phone. So I don’t know what number I need to contact as she wouldn’t say the whole number out loud.

  How quickly they were able to move the line. The people behind the counter were a well-oiled machine working together in perfect harmony
