  Very disrespectful staff. Staff asking someone why they have a handicap sign when they don't look handicap. What clarifys someone to be handicap to this staff member. Subway needs to educate staff on customer service .

  and rude but yesterday it was pretty unacceptable. The main employee is this heavier, set old guy with glasses and a gray beard. He is extremely rude to like all of the customers and he accused me of lying about placing an online order through the app and he mentioned that people come in all the time trying to lie about ordering a sandwich on their phones and I asked him “are they all claiming that they ordered online” and he said yes and I was like “well maybe you should tell management that there’s something wrong with your online ordering system because I ordered through the app” and thank God my bank refunded it the next day (today) because I was absolutely pissed. I tried to show him my order and that the payment on my side went through and he glanced at my phone for one second waved me off and said I don’t need to see that because I’m not making anything unless I get a receipt on my side and I was like well did you check your receipt paper to make sure that it’s coming through and he was like I don’t need to do that. I’ve got plenty of people coming in here lying about making an order just so they can get free food and I was like well. I just wanna show you my phone so that you know I’m not lying and he straight up was just like “ I don’t need to see it because I’m not gonna make your food “ so he’s got issues and should be fired because I read some of the other reviews about him and clearly he’s making the entire northside Hate that SUBWAY honestly if he stays working there, the place is gonna shut down soon.

  Do yourself a favor and don’t even go here. I stopped going to this establish six months ago because every time I go in I have somebody rude and always trying to argue. I had one individual get mad at me for staying in the term sandwich and I have another gentleman that always wore a black mask and a heavy set who is always rude and goes above and beyond being rude. At one point, he started getting very mouthy with my 13 year old at the time sister who is very soft spoken who was working the courage up to order her food for once because she is shy, he shut that down quick. Six months later I go in there hoping that everyone’s gone and it’s a new fresh people. Nope same exact guy same exact experience and had the audacity to ask for a tip. Whoever is running, the subway needs to reevaluate their staff. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a Sandwich shop. Just go to Monty’s at that point they always accept everybody and wants to have a conversation.
