I guess deliver times are a "suggestion". Delivery window - 10:20am to 2:30pm. 9:55AM ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, leaves a "sorry we missed you, you'll have to wait more". Issue - I was in my back yard putting my mower away because I was going to head into my house to wait for the package that was going to show up between.... let's check again... 10:20AM!! And when you call as instructed on the "door slip" you get sent into a death spiral phone call with an AI that doesn't understand anything other than , do you want to reschedule?? do you want to reschedule??? Do you want to reschedule??? And the company wonders why the general public gets salty with delivery drivers. I'd have better luck using the Pony Express at this point... and that service has been dead well over 100 years! But at least they would deliver my package!
